Dear Mr Tidball. 
Thank you for your very prompt response. This is the first I’ve had from someone in the two years of my case. 
However I am not the only one. There is hundreds of tenants in nsw that are been dismissed, fobbed off and ignored.

My story isn’t an isolated incident. This is statewide. For far too long, individual housing officers are not been audited in doing their jobs. 
There is a lack to nil of communication from housing to tenants. 
Maintenance requests get dismissed because the job is too expensive. 
Antisocial behaviour policies are not adhered to. I’ve personally endured 130 incidents of Domestic Violence from my neighbours in the past two years. Yet, only a letter sent to the offending tenant. 
People are getting hurt, and others die in the process of waiting for help. This is not acceptable way to treat a human being. 

I hope you take this petition seriously , as I will no longer be ignored by my local office.
