The Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) has today announced a formal review of the English Language Policy. 

This has come about because of the tireless campaigning of passionate and ethical social workers - most notably Ryan Wakeling who has used his voice to speak up for migrant social workers and shine a light on those trapped in a silent struggle. Ryan's work was instrumental in a review of the English Language policy being included as one of the 11 commitments in the Social Work Blueprint for Change.
