The Dutch Police chief Frank Paauw said the officers had acted in good conscience. They acted in good conscience killing somebody in cold blood because they didn't care about his life. If there was nothing wrong with Sammy when he left Germany to celebrate is his birthday and he acts up confused, leading to his cruel murder by police in Amsterdam, there is a lot more to the story and the city of Amsterdam, needs to be held accountable too.
