We are delighted to report that our petition now has more than 30,000 signatures and the number is still growing. The annual meeting of the EFVV (European Forum for Vaccine Vigilance) was held in Wolkersdorf, outside Vienna, at the end of October. It was attended by 32 people representing 20 different European countries, both EU and non-EU members. Since the meeting, we have acquired a new member association from Norway. If any of you know of vaccine risk awareness groups or individuals in Latvia, Estonia, Albania, Portugal, Cyprus, Malta, Denmark, Greece or Sweden, please suggest to them that they contact us through our website (http://www.efvv.eu). The 2015 EFVV award was presented to Austrian Dr. Johann Loibner, a delightful man who lost his license to practise medicine for informing patients of the risks of vaccines. He later appealed and the decision was quashed by the Austrian high courts. One of the many other positive steps taken during and after the meeting was the launch of our Facebook page to share Europe-wide items of information: www.facebook.com/EFVV.eu.
