Make individual EU Citizenship a reality

Following on from my last update, here's a link to an existing UK petition regarding the concept of individual associate EU membership, which is already being tabled by our friends in the EU. If you want to retain (some of) your EU rights and privileges, then this would seem like a very important one to shout to our government about - as there's presently no guarantee that they're going to place any importance on it during negotiations.
