Suicide - the real side of FtP and Investigations

Sadly there are many more cases like this - registrants going through investigation taking their own lives because of the effects of the process. Finally there has been an internal investigation by the Trust which started in May - we hope there will be transparency and that lessons will be learnt. Please keep signing and sharing
