200 signatures since yesterday, someone has been busy sharing and trust me, it IS appreciated!

Oh my, there have been 200 signatures added since yesterday and that is just awesome, please keep supporting this initiative because it IS important. With such a bump in signatures, I feel the need to provide an update for the latest supporters; just yesterday (Monday) I mailed four petition packets to Texas Representatives J.D. Sheffield and Senfronia Thompson, Texas Senator Troy Fraser and Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Representative Sheffield and Senator Fraser represent my district here in Texas while Representative Thompson drafted Texas House Bill 3562 last year, that is the bill that I am attempting to have amended. The Governor and legislators should receive their packets tomorrow (Wednesday), yes I have tracking numbers and will be alerted once the packets are received. Each packet includes a letter from me summarizing my request, every comment left on the Change.org website as of Sunday March 13th, and the complete signature list as of the same date, although at that time there were 1,029 signatures. I appreciate any comments left because they help show what this petition means to each of YOU and I believe that carries more weight, especially when the comments share similar instances of lunchroom drama. While I anticipate a favorable response from the Texas legislature I cannot be certain, please stay in this fight with me until victory is declared!
