ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
The world does not have an animal “overpopulation” problem — it has a HUMAN accountability problem.
Day after day we continue seeing the same horrors:
Dogs abandoned like garbage.
Animals beaten, starved, chained, burned alive, hoarded in filthy homes and RVs, dumped in overcrowded shelters, or used for profit by unethical rescues and backyard breeders pretending to “save” lives.
Recently authorities uncovered horrific rescue situations involving dead dogs, exotic animals suffering in horrible conditions, and animals living in filth and neglect while people continued collecting donations and animals unchecked.
THIS is why reform is desperately needed.
Not every rescue is ethical.
Not every adopter is safe.
Not every breeder should be allowed near animals.
There MUST be stronger oversight, stricter adoption policies, mandatory inspections, and REAL consequences for abuse, neglect, hoarding, abandonment, and fraudulent rescue operations.
I am once again calling for the creation of a NATIONAL ANIMAL ABUSER & NEGLECT REGISTRY — including repeat offenders, severe neglect cases, illegal breeders, convicted abusers, animal hoarders, and individuals repeatedly surrendering or harming animals.
People who torture, neglect, kill, or repeatedly fail animals should not be allowed to continue obtaining more animals over and over again while innocent lives suffer.
This crisis is WORLDWIDE.
From overcrowded shelters in the United States to horrific abuse cases across other countries, the suffering never stops because the laws remain weak and enforcement remains inconsistent.
Animals are not disposable.
They are not property to be thrown away when inconvenient.
They are living souls who depend on humans for protection.

We need stronger laws.
