I received a positive response from Melbourne, so as long as the borders are still open and no more hot spots are discovered I have the go ahead to hold a Protest/Awareness Day at Federation Square. I did have a date set down but I’m currently fighting workplace bullying and have to focus on that for now. So all going well I’ll be in Melbourne on Saturday the 1st of May, that will be the very first Protest/Awareness Day I will do in Melbourne. I am looking at starting at 11am and going until around 1pm. After the gathering I like to go and have coffee with as many people as possible to hear other peoples ideas and any input that may help...
I looked at trying to start a website to keep the non FB people informed but I can’t afford it and I’m not savvy enough to be able to run it,  so if people want to be kept informed you may need to email me and I’ll put you into the BENCHMARK EMAIL LIST, now I only send BENCHMARK emails to notify people of the Protest/Awareness Days.
Sydney, I’m hoping to do a Protest/Awareness Day on 20th March but it depends on hot spots etc.

Live Animal Export is in full swing again, already Townsville has had 3 Live Animal Export ships leave fully laden and another sails on Australia Day. It’s ridiculous that they allow these animals to be trucked around Australia to the ports in the stifling heat we’ve been experiencing. These animals will have suffered horrifically on these trucks, then they’re off loaded to a feedlot before their long, agonising journey into the pits of hell....
I wish we could stop all animal abuse, but Live Animal Exports have to end now, this brutality has gone on far too long and there is NO REASON GOOD ENOUGH for it to continue....

PLEASE IF EVERYONE COULD PUT AN ORANGE RIBBON WHERE OTHER PEOPLE WILL SEE IT, it may help to spread the word.I know it will definitely remind us every time we see it that live export continues...
Anyway Melbourne supporters, all going to plan I’ll see you on the 1st of May. I’ll keep you all updated.
