Thank you all 294 of you that have signed and shared this so far.

This effects so many of us and Tracey a recent supporter made a valid point… there are thousands of children who are now out of education as the parents concerns for their child  have not been listened to at the school and now that child has gone too far and is refusing to go to school,as  every day is just too much for them . Those children will now not be able to get a referral at all if they are not on the school setting.

Let’s say if a GP had been able to refer at the parents first concern, those children would already be on their way to getting the potential help that they need. Getting children help earlier and teaching them coping mechanisms earlier could keep these children in school, getting the education that they deserve and helping them build resilience for when they are an adult.

If every child matters, then this should too.
