upGrad promised instant access to a Gen AI Foundation course. But even after payment, Karthikeyan S M couldn’t access it. Emails to support, tech teams, and admissions went unanswered or met with copy-paste replies.

Despite providing a screen recording of the issue, upGrad failed to offer any real help for days. Now the weekend is gone, his learning plan is disrupted, and trust is shattered. This is the kind of careless service being sold under the “India’s largest edtech” banner.
