Hi, All, I just talked with Graciela, the Governor's office staff who is in charge of CalRecycle affairs. She is helping us, the victims of Newby landfill. I appreciate it very much! She will call BAAQMD, and City of San Jose to learn more about the issue. With Graciela's help, I feel confident again! I am so thankful that I got connected with Graciela with the help from Bob Wieckowski's office staff, Peter Piper. With Bob Wieckowski's help, we will win this battle!! What I found out is that all hope now is shifting to City of San Jose. City of San Jose is the one with authority to deny Newby Landfill expansion permit!! So please please go to San Jose City Hall on Feb 11th to protest, to make your voice heard. We need huge numbers to empower people. We need very strong presentations and testimonies!
