Firstly, huge apologies for the radio silence; we have had a rather interesting 6 weeks with an early surprise baby boy! Head over to instagram to see !

Since I last updated we have made progress with the #ChangeTheStory campaign, met with ministers at number 10 and continued to plan for some exciting things for the end of the year.

However, I wanted to get in touch to ask for your support with three things after the messy political minefield we find ourselves in currently! It is essential we make sure eating disorders are not forgotten in this time! 

There are 3 things you can do to help: 

1. Tweet your local MP and Gillian Keegan asking for a commitment to support those with eating disorders. Suggested tweet: "The political turmoil is not an excuse to ignore eating disorders. Will you @GillianKeegan commit to supporting @Hopevirgo's campaign to #DumpTheScales because no one should be dying of an eating disorder in 2022! https://www.change.org/p/eating-disorders-are-not-just-about-weight-dumpthescales

2. Show your support for the campaign by taking a picture with the #DumpTheScales or #ChangeTheStory logo and share on social media! Don't forget to use the hashtag and so I can share the picture to! 

3. Write to your local MP and Gillian Keegan asking for their support to tackle the eating disorder epidemic - please do drop me an email if you need a draft letter!
