Beating of Reid Watts, 18 years old, was recorded at Rock the South. Bystanders watched and recorded while an 18 year old man was beaten unconscious. Those recording and watching will never be prosecuted. This is not okay. We have to speak up for those who can't. What more has to happen before something is done?
