Meet John Anderson, Survivor of the USS Arizona. John's TWIN brother Delbert was also on the USS Arizona and was never recovered. Now imagine that his body has been in an unmarked grave for 80 years... and the DPAA just throws him in a box with 84 others and never identifies them... This is where we find ourselves. The Anderson family would finally know where Delbert was, John (now passed) would be reunited (at least on this plane of existence) with his twin. John Anderson tried to get back to his brother countless times after the USS Arizona sunk in Pearl Harbor, always thwarted by the Japanese, or officers telling him to go back to Ford Island. He never stopped looking for him... twins on the same ship... if Delbert is one of the 85, let's reunite him with his name, identity AND his brother.
