It’s Getting Very Dangerous! Nothing Has Changed 😔

My Dog is now 13 we daily see dogs running loose on the sidewalks, parks.
City of Toronto does nothing because it’s not in a park . Parks are getting worse so many off leash . The City does come a few days later never a fine just a warning .

Yesterday another tragic dog attack:( 

DOG off leash  Sadly the dog was killed a family out for a walk . 
The fines must increase . I will never get over my dog attack . Lucky has never been the same either .
