Over 100 different chicken products in total recalled, due to Salmonella.
Aldi, Waitrose, Amazon, Sainsbury’s Co-op, Costa, Jamie Oliver, Marks & Spencer, One Stop, Starbucks & Tesco have recalled products supplied to them by Cranswick Country Foods after Salmonella was found in some of the chicken used to manufacture these items.
Link below to the Food Standards Agency (FSA) alert which contains a list of these products.

As most of these products have a use by date between 12th and 20th May this year please be careful not to consumer these. If you have consumed these and are feeling unwell please seek medical advice. (Diarrhoea & Vomiting are common symptoms).
Young children, the elderly and those whose immune systems are not working properly have a greater risk of becoming severely ill with food poisoning caused by Salmonella.
The sandwiches, wraps and salads in this recall have the shortest use by dates which are generally before the 15th May this year.
As I stated in my last update “It is my understanding that the legal requirement is “Food shall not be placed on the market if it is unsafe”. (unsafe means if it is considered to be injurious to health)”.
Please keep sharing the Petition, as all food safety is important no matter what you choose to eat.
Thank you for your continued help and support and stay safe.
