Hi everyone,

Two days ago, we asked Sony to keep real, disc-based games alive beyond 2028. Since then, over 40,000 of you have signed, in under 48 hours. That's not a trickle. That's a signal.

Signing was step one. Here's how campaigns like this get noticed: the number has to be impossible to ignore. 40,000 is loud. 100,000 is a headline Sony can't miss. We can get there, but only if you push.

Three things you can do right now:

Share the petition. Send it to your friends and fellow gamers. Post it in a group chat, a Discord, on Reddit, anywhere you're active.

Reach the media. Got a local paper, radio station, or a gaming site or creator you follow? Send them the petition and the number. Local, national, online, it all helps. Journalists are looking for this story right now; point them to it.

Work in the industry? Tell your story. Retailer, distributor, collector, developer, a few honest words on how an all-digital future affects you carry real weight. Share them here in the petition comments or tag us on social.

One more thing. This is a holiday week, Canada Day, the 4th of July, and a slow news cycle is exactly when an announcement like this hopes to slip by unnoticed. Don't let it. The quieter they're hoping it stays, the louder we should be.

Remember what this is about. In 2013, Sony told players they could "keep their games forever," and built a generation of goodwill promising you could own, lend, and trade what you paid for. Now they're taking that away. Vinyl, Movies, and Books all still give you the choice to own something real. Video Games shouldn't be the exception.

You already lent your name. Now lend us your reach. Let's make 100,000 impossible to ignore.

Thank you,

Jade Pearce
