Ukraine's human rights ombudswoman has said she was not allowed to visit Ukrainian film-maker Oleg Sentsov, jailed in Russia on terror charges. Prison officials said this was because "Sentsov is a Russian citizen", Lyudmyla Denisova told the BBC.
