Yet another tragic story involving a veteran who suffered PTSD

A wife is dead, a state trooper is murdered and a combat veteran has been arrested. His mother said he suffered PTSD after serving with the Army in combat in Afghanistan. Why aren't we making sure our veterans and their families get help after they've served for the safety of themselves and our communities? Why isn't it mandated that they get counseling after the hardship of deployment and stress of war? This is a community concern!
