I have reached out to several entities to find someone who is willing to admit the oversight of a noise study for Falcon Landing. The commissioner's office gave 2 different TxDot contacts; the first basically said our community wasn't built prior to road construction (which it was, 1-3 years prior) and the second referenced a noise study for a community on the east side of town that didn't have the same circumstances. We emailed both back with details and references why they are incorrect but the emails ended there. 

When we emailed the commissioner's office back they recommended us to contact the state representative because TxDot is a state department. I am now waiting on a response (which I'm not expecting) from our senator and house representative. I am also preparing a letter to be mailed to the TxDot office in Austin. 

I am starting to look into environmental legal assistance and considering going to Kens5 for more visibility on this matter.
