The SEC has recently come to the table and agreed to a settlement with Digital World Acquisition Corp. However due to the timeline of the SEC’s S-4 reviewal process, DWAC and TMTG will need a little more time to complete the merger. We are confident these 2 companies will overcome any obstacles that are still in the way of the merger and will complete this business combination in a timely manner.
