We are inviting you to show your support for accessibility and privacy during Sakura-Con’s general meeting taking place tomorrow Sunday April 13 at 1pm. You may attend virtually on Zoom or in-person at the Seattle Convention Center Arch Building Room 2AB. For directions to the meeting room and an example of a statement you can provide during the public comment portion, please read this post.

Following the General Meeting, we will be hosting a Cosplay Meetup in the Ellis Plaza area of Freeway Park which is outside the door to the outside on floor 4 of the Arch building. You can take photos, record TikToks, and celebrate the fact that we had the courage to show up to support accessibility and privacy. Please read this post for maps and more information.

We are also raffling off 4 prizes that include photography, wig, and prop commissions! To enter: We will provide a link for supporters at the general meeting to fill out that they attended the meeting, either in-person or virtually, and that they opt-in to the raffle. Then after we get home from the cosplay meetup, we will randomly select 4 winners from a list of those who opted-in to the raffle.
