MEETING UPDATE

Hi everyone, I am so sorry for the radio silence over the last few days—between a hectic weekend at work and needing a moment to catch my breath, I'm only just getting this update out to you all.

I want to give you a massive thank you for all the incredible support, the statements, and the petition signatures.

Last week, I met directly with the CEO of Aspire Learning Trust, Dr Laban, to present our collective concerns regarding school leadership, attendance policies, and communication.

I am pleased to let you know that he took the petition and our evidence very seriously. He acknowledged the gravity of the issues raised, is open to addressing our suggestions, and explicitly stated that he will always have time to meet parents and discuss concerns directly.

There are important next steps ahead, and it is vital that as many of us as possible attend the upcoming public consultation. This is our chance to stand together and make sure parent voices are properly heard by the Trust. I will also be meeting with him again in September to follow up on progress.
