Correspondence to Premier Chris Minns MP about the inaccurate and false information being relied upon by the NS DoE and the Education Minister Prue Car MP concerning the LifeVac device in NSW schools resulted once again in the Premier and the Minister side-stepping any responsibility and again delegating a response to the DoE i.e. the authors of the false and misleading claims made to the Minister in the first place. The DoE then just regurgitated the same old mistruths that they told the Minister, based solely on their interpretation rather than any credible advice from any reputable authority. This may be acceptable to the Minister and the Premier but it it is not acceptable to the parents and teachers of students attending NSW schools. It is also likely to be found to be negligent, at any future Coronial Inquest.
