Just an update Andrew went back to court for pretrial on February 15,  The case has been continued.? We must continue signing and sharing this petition and this is going to the judge that will be presiding, so Andrew CHIEU of Quincy, Massachusetts on Royal Road will get the maximum penalty for animal abuse and torture!

Andrew CHIEU thinks this is a joke and he’s going to get a fine. He took no accountability for his actions, only when he was caught .

Andrew CHIEU of Quincy Mass,must be punished with the full extent of the law, and serve five years for animal, cruelty, and torture. This raccoon suffered so much she fought The best as possible after three surgeries. The wound care for all the burns was just too much for her little heart to take. She cried out in pain daily

Andrew CHIEU is on video  burning this innocent animal alive . Andrew built an outdoor fire at his home , Had this innocent baby raccoon in a metal cage in a metal cage and watched as she was screaming in pain as she was burning to death. 

I’m sure this is not the first time he did something like this. This is probably the first time he was caught a video please help so we make sure that Andrew gets the maximum penalty.
