Let’s get more signatures for this petition

Hi all, I wanted to let you know that we now have 358 signatures on this petition. Thank you so much for your continued support!
Please would you help us get more signatures by sharing this petition with ten other people on social media? Facebook groups, SMS chats, Instagram, Twitter/X, email and WhatsApp all work great. If more of us sign, we can’t be ignored and hopefully Medway Maritime will be forced into taking action against the midwife responsible for failing to give the appropriate care and failing to take any records resulting in the death of our Son.
Our aim is to continue to fight for justice for Theo, and all families who have experienced such terrible heartbreak at the hands of others. We want to ensure that all lives matter and that if someone causes injury, serious harm or death and it is proven that it could have been prevented - that there is action taken. That the individual is not able to continue to work as though nothing has happened. To ensure that when something so awful happens that it is treated in the same way as they would be if the child had been born alive. To ensure that a criminal case can be pursued, allowing justice to be served when a life is not protected when it could have been.
Whilst we were expecting Theo he kept getting little gifts, clothes, toys etc with elephants on them. This wasn't planned and yet somehow people kept getting something with an elephant on it but had no idea about all of the elephant things that he had already received. This happened at Theo's funeral too, we'd asked him to have a blue cloth for the altar, the celebrant arranged for a blue cloth with elephants, she didn't know anything about Theo and elephants...now we would like to create a stampede of them for Theo, a stampede of people taking a stand, and shouting NO to injustice, NO to negligence.
We need as many people as possible to sign, to take a stand, to ensure all of our voices are heard and help safeguard every possible life because they are so very precious!
Thank you so much again for supporting our family and fighting for Theo, we appreciate it more than you could know. Please, continue to share where you can, please speak as much as you can and demand change, demand justice!
