📢 UPDATED SOCIAL MEDIA FLYER: DEMAND JUSTICE FOR JE’ WESLEY DAY!
🚨 FULTON COUNTY INJUSTICE EXPOSED! 🚨
💥 Je’ Wesley Day, a survivor of a brutal 2018 hate crime, continues to face retaliation, legal abuse, and injustice at the hands of Fulton County Solicitor General Keith Gammage. Instead of prosecuting his attackers, Gammage has:
❌ Dismissed charges against one of the assailants, Charles Huggins, despite clear video evidence of the crime.
❌ Threatened Je’ Wesley with additional legal action unless he drops his case.
❌ Escalated a minor misdemeanor against Je’ Wesley to a felony, using the legal system to retaliate.
❌ Banned him from the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office simply for seeking updates on his case.
This is a blatant abuse of power designed to silence a hate crime survivor and protect politically connected individuals instead of upholding justice.
