Subject Line: Public Request for Investigation: Cyberstalking Pattern in David Wilcock Case (Possible Violation of Federal & Colorado Law)

Dear Boulder Police Department / Boulder County Sheriff’s Office,

My name is [Your Full Name], and I live in [Your City, State]. I am writing as a concerned member of the public who follows the UFO/disclosure community and cares deeply about online safety and mental health.

I was deeply saddened by the death of David Wilcock on or around April 20, 2026, in the Boulder County area. While I understand he struggled with long-term depression and financial challenges, reports from Corey Goode and others describe sustained cyberstalking, death threats, doxxing, and coordinated harassment that contributed to the collapse of his marriage, career, finances, and ultimately deepened his depression to the breaking point.

This pattern of conduct may violate federal law under 18 U.S.C. § 2261A (Stalking / Cyberstalking), which prohibits using any interactive computer service or electronic communication system of interstate commerce to engage in a course of conduct that causes substantial emotional distress or places a person in reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury. It may also violate Colorado state law under C.R.S. § 18-3-602 (Stalking – Vonnie’s Law), which makes it a crime to knowingly make credible threats combined with repeated communication or other conduct (including electronic) that causes a reasonable person to suffer serious emotional distress.

[OPTIONAL – PERSONAL IMPACT SECTION – Fill this in if it applies to you] I have also personally experienced harassment from the same individuals or coordinated groups. This has impacted my life by [be specific but brief, e.g., “causing severe anxiety and depression that required professional treatment,” “destroying my reputation and income in the community,” “leading to isolation and thoughts of self-harm,” or “forcing me to go offline entirely for my mental health”]. As someone who has lived through similar attacks, I know firsthand how this relentless abuse destroys lives, relationships, and mental health.

I respectfully request that your department:

Open or expand an investigation into the documented pattern of cyberstalking and harassment directed at David Wilcock.
Treat the cumulative emotional, relational, financial, and mental health harm — including any linked cases involving the same perpetrators — as serious aggravating factors.

Provide a public update or case number regarding findings or actions taken to protect others from similar campaigns.
Cyberbullying and stalking are not victimless crimes. David’s case, and the experiences of others like me, highlight the urgent need for stronger enforcement of existing laws. Thank you for your time and service in protecting our community. I am available at [your email or phone if you’re comfortable sharing] if you need more information.

Sincerely, [Your Full Name] [Your City, State] [Your Email/Phone — optional] [Optional: “Supporter of #JusticeForWilcock” or your X handle @________]
