Maximus real estate is no longer managing ParkMerced and the property is in foreclosure proceedings as they defaulted on their loan.  We are trying to find a person at the new company, Douglas Wilson Companies, to respond to us.  We will reach out to you as soon as we do.  For now, this is the information we have from the court proceedings:
