Title 4E Federal Funding is given to pay for expenses related to foster care and adoption with no accountability or checks and balances!!

here’s an example of how they are using our tax dollars paid to the federal gov. My 4 grandchildren are in Fostercare and ea one of them has not one not two but 3 case workers!!

what are they paying them to do? They don’t do home visits they don’t supervise visits they don’t provide rides all meeting are either in their office or zoom. When they file a report with the court, only one person fills it out and all three case workers sign it.

so explain to me why they have three workers. This is happening in manitowoc county.

call them and tell them to stop squandering funds by assigning three workers to each kid. Let them tell you that’s not true I dare them to say that. I would love for me to have an excuse to provide the proof.
