I recently became aware of a public consultation below.
This matter is close to my heart as I suffered it firsthand. It goes to show how widespread is Toxic NHS management and leadership is. In my whistleblowing matters all level managers were involved and became part of the cover up. They are not accountable by any professional standards and get paid a very generous wages than doctors. They are ruining NHS for everyone. It is time to speak up and save NHS.
The consultation is longish and ask you to contribute your thoughts on a few matters where you can write a free tex with adhering to confidentiality please.
