Update on the progress for our HOA petitions

Hi, Homeowner, 

Progress on our Petitions: I want to give you an update on our progress with our HOA Board. The board has agreed to have the Management Company audited since they have never had an audit. One goal accomplished. 

I also want to inform you that I am running for a HOA Board position. I want to improve communication with homeowners in our community. In addition I want to be the finance officer for our HOA. I think our community can lower our costs for our neighborhood. 

The Annual HOA Board meeting for homeowner is March 20. at 6:30pm. Please come and let you voice be heard. 

I have put my bio at the end of this message for you to review. I would like your support/ vote to fill this position.

If you are not able to come to the meeting to vote if you are interested in voting for me. Please bring your proxy by my house signed selecting me to vote for you.  I want to be selected to the Board.  My name is Malinda Bell , address is 8721 Sunset Trace Drive, Fort Worth TX, 76244. If I am not home you can put it under the chair cushion on the front porch. 

If you send you proxy to the Management Company they will vote for what they want and may not select me. I and other Homeowners in our neighborhood feel we need change on the Board they are not following the By laws for our HOA or how a Board should be ran.

Trace Ridge HOA- Candidacy for a Board Position

My name is Malinda Bell.  I have been a homeowner in Trace Ridge Subdivision for 15 years. Since 2009.  I have raised my family in the neighborhood and have seen many changes since I arrived. I was in the military, Air Force. I am now retired from the Air Force. I worked in the medical field, mostly Human and Animal Research, during my career in the AF. I have worked on numerous projects in Technology, Electronic Records management, Medical Records, Budget management and training hundreds of military personnel in these areas. In addition, I managed a few budgets worth tens of million dollars for the Human and Animal Research Division research projects funding section for the AF Surgeon General Office. Over the years I have also been a local business owner for 2 businesses since I retired. I feel I would be helpful as we prioritize where funds are needed for our Trace Ridge Subdivision HOA. I have the desire and availability to fill the role of a Trace Ridge Board Member.

I feel my experience in leading teams, making hard decisions, managing large financial budgets, implementing cost-cutting measures, and prioritizing projects for our HOA. listening to people are skills I will bring to the position. I’m also active with the American Legion Post 655 in Haltom City. I am a Board member and I hold the position of 2nd Vice Commander. My role is to organize events for our organization/ facility. In addition, rent out facility out for special events.
