* The Values and Ethics Code for the Public Sector outlines the values and expected behaviors that guide public servants in all activities related to their professional duties.

* The Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act (PSDPA) further reinforces the commitment to values and ethics in the public sector. It states that the Government of Canada commits to establishing a Charter of Values of Public Service setting out the values that should guide public servants in their work.
