Ways in joining are free and unique!
We invite you to freely choose how you would like to help educat and bring awareness to the world about grief and your personal grief journey!
Here are ways we have come up with through the years:
Use Our Hashtag On Everything Grief Related!
#nationalgriefawarenessday
#grief
#angiecartwright
Sign This Petition!
Make All Posting Public!
It will help us to find you! We want social media to hear and see us
Poster Selfies:
We love Poster Selfies! Make as many posters as you like. Take a picture of you and groups of people as well. Share your loved one.
Write about grief what do you want our world to know about grief.
What hurt you and didn't help?
What has helped you in your grief journey?
Videos:
Another way to educate and bring awareness is to Video record yourself using You Tube or by any other types of Video. Just make sure your video is public and can be shared. Don't forget our hashtag so we can find you! Just like our Poster Selfies share your grief journey. Share about your loved one.
Why should National Grief Awareness Day be a legal day of education and awareness?
What doesn't help you and makes it difficult to grieve.
What has helped you or what would help you while you grieve?
Do you have any advice to give people or professional on how they could help you?
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO
SHOW YOUR FACE TO MAKE A VIDEO
We absolutely love videos that our more like a sideshow instead of you having to be on the video.
You can even remain anymous. We want you to feel comfortable. It will still be shared just like anything else. Again make sure you make it public and use oir hashtag we can then find you and share it!
These are some ideas we welcome you to do what you like like grief is unique to each person. Ways to raise awareness are as well!
I look forward to joining all of you as we continue our movement! We need 1 Million signatures to take to our President and ask him to declare National Grief Awareness Day a legal day of educationc and awareness!
With much love and determination,
Angie Cartwright
