Dear Supporters, I'm so happy to let you know that we already have over 12,000 signatures asking our government to declare a National Grief Awareness Day! I couldn't be more grateful for your support. I'm personally reaching out to you because I've started a movement on social media in order to take this petition to the next level. It's called #1MMemories. Basically, I'm asking people to share 1 million memories of loved ones they've lost on social media using the hashtag #1MMemories. Once we reach our goal, we'll print them in a unique book that I'll hand to President Obama, along with all the signatures supporting this petition. How this movement came to be has a lot to do with Diana, an orphan from Spain that I met a few weeks ago.
