Aaron Delgado, the defense attorney for Travis Archer, who is accused of the horrific murder of his 9 month old pup named Ponce, has filed his cross-notice of appeal in regards to the Judge's ruling on "exigent circumstances" . The case is now in the 5th District Court of Appeals.
