Will Sajid remain homeless for ever?

Sajid, who is working as a mason, had a dream. A dream to build a home for his family. The Bank Correspondent of Bank of Baroda promised to sanction a home loan under Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana to the tune of double the amount he would deposit. So, Sajid deposited all his savings - INR 60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only). Now when the BC has vanished and Bank of Baroda does not own the responsibility, Sajid is lost in darkness. He wonders if he has to remain homeless all through his life. Please tell Mr Prime Minister to ensure his much promised "Achhe Din" for Sajid and help him build a home for his family.
