Interesting to see the news this morning about a ban on freakshakes. Surely this proves we need food on the curriculum so that children understand why they crave sugar and how bad it is for them. This should be part of Biology: Our brains are hard wired through 5 million years of evolution, when sugar was scarce, to say: 'eat sugar' No wonder so many people are obese when sugar is so accessible and cheap.
