As long as the MET are permitted to protect any rogue officer, we are all at risk

Please consider that these events, or others like them, could just as easily happen to anybody in a vulnerable situation. Maybe an elderly mother or a young daughter, I'm writing these updates as both a record and warning to all. 

It now seems that at the least my father will get back his 2 laptops and tablet computer this comming Monday, items which are subject of legal privilege, so was completely beyond the scope of any police powers for these to be seized in the first place.

They now tell us that it isn't possible to unseal evidence once it is sealed inside in an evidence bag, until it is either returned to the owner or opened by the forensic investigation team, for some reason my don't trust that, so my equipment and items won't be coming anytime soon, and I'm treating these items as if they were stolen and in the hands of thieves, I still have no idea how they intend to use my rune stones as evidence against me, pretty sure they don't allow capital punishment for witchcraft anymore.

I have had to change the locks (£144 to the locksmith) because there is a house key in the wallet with my specially adapted mobile telephone. I have had to replace this (£1,070) because it was practically impossible for me to do anything independently and it doesn’t look like even my emergency £20 note is coming back either.

None of these items taken from my home, while I was suffering from an seizure, could have any relevance to the preposterous allegations against me..... remember that the strongest "evidence" they have "against" me is the fact I practise spiritualism and I used runestones to cast a spell to manifest positive attributes upon my professor to assist in him moving on and out of my life.

At least there are now two separate investigations happening concurrently.

Firstly the good news.....there is now a case against the other guy, i.e. the individual who has used violence to secure entry into my home and has threatened me with violence, because I am a person with disabilities, published disgusting libel comments on this platform about me and my father, and then emailed me a screenshot of what he had done, using his business email account. He also emailed others repeating the same libellous accusations and we have no idea how many of those he sent.

Remember this is same guy who committed an act of identity theft against me last year creating a fake account on Rightmove, which was literally traced back to his IP address and his business phone number and the SNT had all this evidence for the best part of a year, before they finally arrested him a few weeks ago.

Now for the bad news there is somehow still a "case" against me, ie the blind guy, now too afraid to even leave his home alone, for fear of vigilante Justice, I used to do lots of volunteering around the community but of course I don't think that's possible anymore.

There is no evidence against me, except of course the evidence I freely offered in support of my case agenst my oppressor, much of which they have tampered with and used against me in their feeble attempts at intimidation.

They have even attempted to use much of the basic security equipment, to keep me safe, as well as the other adaptations around my home which are usual for someone with severe sight loss to have, as evidence of wrongdoing. 

It seems that PC young has got himself into such a deep hole now that he had to lie about a non-existent interview to get permission to arrest me, so nobody else will even touch my case because obviously this is a absolute violation of PACE... neither of the conditions for my rest work even remotely satisfied.

When I was interviewed two weeks ago, PC Young even tried to pass it on to another officer and admitted that nobody else wanted to conduct the interview, that one little detail speaks volumes.

This is a pretty clear sign that everyone in the South West command unit now realises the "case" against me is such a steaming load of garbage that nobody wants to be associated with this, for fear they may also be dragged down with PC Young when the entire force of the Crown Prosecution Service lands squarely on his neck.

In desperation, he has just last week asked me to "voluntarily" allow him access to all my medical history, as a clear fishing expedition to find something/anything to justify what he has done to me so far.

The weird thing is I have already freely provided many of the relevant medical facts, but of those support the case against my oppressor, so are no help to him.

Of course, this came along with the usual threat that if I don't voluntarily comply with this 'request', he could get a court order to obtain access without my consent.

I'm sure this is just one more empty threat - there is no way he was ever going apply to get a court order, and even if he did, there is no way a judge would agree unless he keeps lying and doing himself into an even deeper hole.

The sooner the MET, at all levels, accept that every time they protect any rogue officer, they all sink deeper into the mire, the better.
