More detailed explanation was added today. Please note that this petition is not to ask our city to CHANGE any construction laws or make any new rules. We only asked the City Council to fix loopholes in current General Plan to avoid unintended consequences. The ambiguities in the General Plan may cause a lot of trouble to our city, when they negotiate with developers in future.
