According to the NYTimes,  "Judge Maurice A. Ross of Superior Court of the District of Columbia said in a hearing that Washington’s attorney general, Karl Racine, had waited too long to try to amend the lawsuit to name Mr. Zuckerberg as a defendant, a move that sought to hold him personally accountable."

So,...what's actually going on here? Is Washington's Attorney General, Karl Racine incompetent? --Probably not. Is Mr. Racine Corrupt? That is, did someone representing Meta / Facebook / Instagram...."get" to Washington's Attorney General Mr. Racine? This is extremely troubling! Moreover, is Judge Maurice A. Ross, Superior Court of the District of Columbia corrupt--particularly if Judge Maurice COULD HAVE, and SHOULD HAVE proceeded with a privacy lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg.
