Azerbaijan signed European Convention for the Protection of Pet Animals in 2007 and up today this convention has been crudely violated by Azerbaijan.We DEMAND the complete withdrawal of the responsibility of the stray dog overpopulation control from the Housing and Communal Services Department of Executive Authority and delegated to responsible, competent and not greedy institution! Executive Authority of Azerbaijan has not coped with the task that proves the experience of the last 40 years - they only achieved the shame of the country and many innocent souls deaths thinking only about their pockets !!! - EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY HAS BEEN SHOOTING STRAY DOGS FOR MORE THAN 40 YEARS UP TO THIS DAY - EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY OF AZERBAIJAN IS DISGRACE OF AZERBAIJAN!Executive Authority of Azerbaijan has been violating the signed convention from the date it is signed as well as Article 274 of the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic on administrative violations.They are incompetent in this issue.
Please help to remove from Executive Authority of Azerbaijan this responsibility!
