City Ethics Commission is finally going after Lee

It's taken years, but the LA Ethics Commission is finally going after Lee. We've known for years how he helped Englander commit crimes and how he committed his own crimes while doing that. It's time for him to go. The Ethics Commission move is helpful but they will not do enough to protect the city from corruption.
