Urgent: Tweet and Call Your Senators Now! #EndGunViolence #EndTheBan
Dec 3, 2015 — Thank you all so much for joining our campaign. The Senate is in a special session as we speak, and they just voted down three separate amendments aimed at stopping gun violence. These are measures the majority of gun owners agree with.
All three votes failed.
It is more important than ever that we raise our voices and make sure that acts of senseless violence like yesterday’s attack in San Bernardino never happen again. As my Senator Chris Murphy said yesterday, "If our first responsibility as elected officials is to keep our constituents safe from harm, then not a single one of us in Washington can go back to our home states this weekend and claim that we're doing our job." We need to be sure that politicians who continue to vote against our interests hear about it.
Please click here to tweet your support legislation that will help stop these brutal events: http://bit.ly/1lzqGq2
And please take a few minutes to make sure your Senators know that you want them to vote in favor of the gun violence prevention legislation. Make clear that these votes should only be the first of many, and if they vote against common sense changes, you will vote them out.

Enough is enough. I know your heart is as pained as mine right now. It is time to act. Please raise your voice with me.
Thank you.
