I just want to take a moment to let you know that only COLLINSVILLE, IL RESIDENTS can sign this petition!  PLEASE- I see several signatures from Maryville, Troy, and Belleville, Edwardsville, and Glen Carbon, Il residents in various places.  Please email me at ssmmsw01@aol.com and I will send you the link to the correct petition.  EUROPEAN SIGNERS- PLEASE DELETE YOUR SIGNATURES!!  I CANNOT SUBMIT THOSE SIGNATURES and it would be too time consuming for me to go through and delete over 300 signatures!  If you are a European student at one of the local universities, PLEASE RESIGN THE CORRECT CITY PETITION WITH YOUR US ADDRESS.  This is imperative to the success of this petition!  Thank you for your cooperation!
