Congratulations for being signatories to change!                                  Hope you and your family are safe.

It surely requires some effort to sign and stand up against executive wrongs committed by the state/ state patronized private entities. 

Your effort here together with the collective efforts of a few others across the state of Haryana has borne fruit and delivered an interim victory. You would already know by now that the DHBVN has for the moment, deferred the levy of ACD. Congratulations again!!

But the big question is, is that enough. Through our petition we are demanding a reasonable revision if not a complete withdrawal of the same. And to achieve this goal, let us all stand firmly united. If need be, we shall consider approaching the Hon'ble High Court too, at the appropriate time.
