The harassment continues for Norm and inconsistencies within the council !

As if Norm hasn't been through enough he's being harassed by the local police for walking his dog !!!! Just because his route happens to pass a local officers house which is visable from Norms front door! Then to add insult to injury he was apparently given the opportunity to appeal the decision to remove his accreditation only he never got that chance because the letter was sent to his boss - Clerk to the Council and never forwarded to Norm !!!! Apparently she claims there is no record of the council receiving the letter !!!! How very convenient for her !!!! I'm so glad the extent of corruption is finally getting out but my god what a nightmare for poor Norm and his family !
