The oil industry is neglecting its original environmental heritage.  Oil saved the whales by replacing whale oil with kerosene.  It doesn’t monitor its production and distribution fairly.  Oil needs to be reminded of its past. Capture all the carbon and have the same safety standards globally.  There is no reason for oil to continue its destructive business model. Oil can actually transform itself into an environmental friendly industry. What is stopping them?  Gas ⛽️ would only go up by $0.20 a litre. 🛢️=🌲  🌎 We want Change Now♻️

- Oil is actually environmentally friendly when oil production follows the same standards as in North America.
- Demand oil companies implement the same high standards globally for extraction, drilling, refining, and transportation.
- If oil is required to have 100% carbon capture, it becomes the most energy-dense method of generating energy.
- Oil has less environmental impact than solar panels and wind in terms of:
  - Toxic production of materials.
  - Landfill waste.
  - Toxic waste from plastic production.
  - Mining of cadmium (the toxic metal used in solar panels).
- Oil, when paired with carbon capture, is the way to go for energy production.
