John Knock is a nonviolent first time marijuana offender sentenced to life without parole. He is listed on the Clemency Report as one of the ten marijuana offenders deserving of clemency. Of course there thousands of nonviolent drug offenders who are deserving of Clemency and they all are hopeful for Clemency Project 2014.
